Q: How does “Bonsai Care Service” work?
A: After deciding that you might need a little, or a lot, of help with your bonsai trees, and have looked over our services and rates, you simply need to give us a call or shoot us an email with as much information as possible about your tree or trees and what you think their service needs might be. Once we’ve received your call/email, we will contact you to set up an appointment for your free consultation and estimate. On the day of service, we will pick up your tree(s) and for most operations on single trees, we will return them the following day.

What are your methods and/or what chemicals or sprays are used to handle pests and diseases?

We use IPM or Integrated Pest Management strategies advocated by Washington State University and used by Master Gardeners of Washington and across the country, to control and intelligently manage the health of trees and plants as well as the soil health in order to create an uninviting environment for pathogens and destructive insects. We only use organic products from top to bottom 100% of the time on all of our plants and trees year-round, twenty-four, seven.

After we receive your inquiry, we will contact you to discuss the details and to schedule a home visit prior to your departure to view your collection and finalize the details. Next, the booking is confirmed through the online payment. And finally, you can rest easy while you’re away in the knowledge that we’ve got your trees covered.
